All of the red countries have cases of Elephantiasis. 65% of the cases are found in the South-East region, 30% of the cases are found in African countries, and the remaining cases are found in tropical areas. Nigeria, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Bangladesh account for 70% of the cases.
Below is a map of the world. There is a key on it. Use it to compare the two maps. The one above shows the countries with cases. Look and see how many infected countries have access to treatment. More than 1.3 billion people are at risk for this disease, and 120 million are infected. Half of the population of most of the infected countries don't have access to drugs. But look at the United States! We don't even have 1 case of it, and more than 95% of the population has access to those drugs! This shows how when it comes to having drugs, or getting treatments, it doesn't matter how many cases you have, just how accessible countries are, and how much money they have.
